Private Sessions

Within a one-on-one personal setting, we will be able to dive deeper into your practice. Private sessions allow for a fuller comprehension and understanding of where you are within your practice, what you want to achieve, and where you would like to journey. Different avenues can be taken in this self-exploration:

Physical Practice (asana): Discover what YOUR body is calling for. What alignment could provide a healthier experience when moving in and out of postures? What movements can increase the awareness of your own strength and flexibility, and support you in areas that still seek to be developed?
 
Meditation: Quieting the mind to discover deeper subtleties that may not have been recognized before. Developing more awareness, and a deeper sense of peace and calm.
 
Breathing Practices (pranayama): This will enhance and assist you in your physical practice and meditation.

Journeying deeper, healing the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the spiritual body, or wanting to improve your practice - these are examples of what a personalized session can offer.


Exploring new heights and new depths within your own somatic experience, allowing for a fuller understanding of how yoga can impact and enrich your state of being physically, mentally, and emotionally. And, engaging yourself, as well as coming into contact with a fuller, more whole and authentic expression of who you are.

Private Sessions are based on a sliding scale and are generally 1 hour.
